Todd Starnes, a pundit who has previously appeared on Fox News and Newsmax, said he wants to ask Texas Democratic U.S. Senate candidate and state Rep. James Talarico a bizarre question about his underwear.

Starnes sarcastically commented, “Yeah, my heart weeps for you,” before adding, “I’m not sure who’s going to be anchoring the first debate between those two [Talarico and his opponent, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R)], but my first question [to Talarico] if I was invited would be, ‘Have you now, as a 37-year-old man, finally come to terms with your manhood?
